These Terms govern services provided byRefundyourtax LTD (Company Number: 17131327), registered office: 2 CrescentParade, Uxbridge Road, Hillingdon, UB10 0LG, contact: hello@refundyourtax.uk.Refundyourtax LTD is ICO registered and compliant with UK data protectionregulations. We work in partnership with The Ashton & Co CharteredAccountants (details available at https://ashtonandcompany.co.uk/services/) toassist customers with tax refund enquiries.

2. Our Service
Refundyourtax LTD gathers initialinformation and supports onboarding. The Ashton & Co Chartered Accountantsreviews eligibility, prepares and submits claims to HMRC, receives HMRCpayments, deducts agreed fees and pays the balance to the customer.

3. Partnership & Responsibility
Refundyourtax LTD and The Ashton & CoChartered Accountants operate as business partners to deliver a coordinatedcustomer experience. Refundyourtax LTD is responsible for onboarding, customercommunication and data collection. The Ashton & Co Chartered Accountants isresponsible for tax advice, claim submissions, compliance with HMRCrequirements and handling client funds.

4. Fees
Fees for tax services are 10% of your successful refund amount and are deducted directly from the refund by The Ashton & Co Chartered Accountants.

5. Customer Obligations
You must provide accurate and completeinformation, respond to requests and ensure you are entitled to claim anyrefund.

6. No Guarantee
Refund eligibility and value depends onyour individual circumstances and HMRC rules. No refund amount or timing isguaranteed.

7. Data Sharing
Your information will be shared betweenRefundyourtax LTD and The Ashton & Co Chartered Accountants for claimprocessing.

8. Liability
Neither party is responsible for HMRCdelays, HMRC decisions, or outcomes caused by false, incomplete or inaccuratecustomer information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannotlegally be excluded.

9. Complaints
Tax-related complaints should be directedto The Ashton & Co Chartered Accountants. Service-related complaints shouldbe directed to Refundyourtax LTD at hello@refundyourtax.uk.10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales.
